Our factory is built to support stable and scalable footwear production for global B2B projects, from sample development to bulk order delivery. With 10,000+ square meters of production space, 15+ EVA injection machines, a 36-station latex cork sole hot press machine, multiple assembly and packaging lines, and experienced production teams, we are able to handle both regular repeat orders and customized OEM/ODM projects with reliable efficiency.
Our key production capacity includes up to 100,000 pairs per month for high-quality EVA injection footwear and up to 3,000 pairs per month for premium latex cork footbeds. Our manufacturing capability covers EVA recovery shoes, comfort sandals, cork footbed sandals, semi-finished cork sandal components, wide-fit barefoot-style footwear, slippers, and functional support insoles.
Beyond production capacity, we also support mold development, material matching, process adjustment, quality inspection, packaging coordination, and shipment preparation, helping B2B customers bring comfort-focused footwear products to market with consistent quality.
