A: Our footbed core is made from natural oak cork granules bonded with natural latex — the same material structure used in premium European sandal production. We do not use synthetic foam or PVC substitutes in our standard cork footbed line. Material composition documentation and physical samples are available on request. For buyers with specific hardness or density requirements, we can adjust the formulation within our production parameters.

A: Our standard cork footbed components are available in EU 35 to EU 46 across Birkenstock-style contour profiles. Half sizes and wide-fit variants are available for selected molds. For non-standard size ranges, custom last development is available — tooling cost and lead time are quoted on a project basis. A: MOQ varies by component type. For standard pressed cork footbed shells and pre-covered units, MOQ starts from 100 pairs per size or per style. For assembled footbed + outsole units, MOQ is typically 200 pairs. Sample orders for factory testing and quality evaluation are available before committing to bulk. Please specify your target component type and quantity range when inquiring.

A: Our standard cork shells and pre-covered footbeds are supplied with treated bonding surfaces suitable for direct upper attachment using standard footwear adhesives (neoprene or polyurethane based). In most factory applications, no additional surface preparation is required. For assembled footbed + outsole units, the outsole bonding surface is also pre-treated. We recommend a bonding adhesion test with your specific adhesive system before large-scale production.

A: Yes. Our standardized cork footbed shells and pre-covered units are compatible with mainstream Birkenstock-style last geometries and are used by professional sandal repair and resoling workshops. We can supply in small quantities suitable for workshop stock, including mixed size runs. Contact us to discuss your repair volume and specific model compatibility requirements.

A: Yes. For buyers requiring a proprietary footbed geometry — different arch height, heel cup depth, toe bar position, or overall outline — we offer custom mold development. You can provide a physical sample, technical drawing, or 3D file as the reference. Custom mold development lead time is typically 25–40 days depending on complexity. Tooling cost and ownership terms are confirmed during quotation.

A: Material formulation, pressing parameters, and dimensional tolerances are standardized and controlled across production runs. We apply batch QC checks on hardness, density, dimensional accuracy, and surface finish before shipment. For buyers with specific tolerance requirements, we can provide inspection reports. We also support third-party pre-shipment inspection if required.
